Hello I just started using this tool. I have tried many things before and I know it is very helpful to record what I eat. It's just so easy to let this get away from you. But my weight has been creeping up, up, up since losing nearly 20 pounds a couple of years ago, so it's time to stop that train. Hoping to find encouragement and success.
