Muscle soreness 2 hours after workout.

Hello everyone. So I do kick boxing 3-4 times a week. And recently added in strength training 1-2 times a week. And after my strength training I get sore 2 hours after. Is this normal? Or does it have to do with my auto immune disorders? Thanks for any help!

Have you talked to your doctor about it? They might be able to give you some medical insight. You're just going to get a lot of speculation here, unless someone also suffers from an auto immune disorder, but unless you both suffer from the same kind, that info might not be helpful.2

Hi, I have fibro and RA. I get sore about 4-12 hours after a strength or barre session. My Rhuem assures me it's the exercise and not the illness. And the pain is generally not where I flare. Everyone is different as someone else said it's probably best to speak with your doctor.1
