That weird walk when your thighs hurt

You know the one. My heel strike becomes a toe/side-first walk and you get this weird wobble. So far, my best remedy is to just walk it out.
How about you? Any weird post-workout gaits or arm-flailing? Is it a good sign or bad sign?

LOL after certain workouts I definitely walk like I have a stick up my *kitten*.
wildly amusing. I limp and hobble everywhere. sitting down looks special too.
Calves? dear god there is no saving that!!! I just a mess all over- all bad in all directions.
Just walk it out and hit it hard the next day!0 -
My regular walk doesn't seem to be affected very much. But look out if you see me on the stairs. I probably look like a guy missing his wheelchair!0

Shoulda seen me after my tri. 13 miles doesn't seem like a lot on a bike, but my tri shorts are 1/3rd the thickness of my bike shorts... a little bowlegged, gingerly sitting down. "Rectum? Damn near killed 'em."0
