What are some great tips you all have had success with to share with everyone?

To lose weight?
1. Calories
2. Physical activity
3. Everything else (genetics, macros, etc)
Caloric tracking is much more effective than increasing physical activity. Physical activity is much more effective than everything else. Not to say they cant make some difference, but in terms of strictly weight loss for 99% of the population, this applies.
For life?
1. Dont be afraid to try things.
2. Dont be afraid to change things.
3. Dont be a 'kitten'!
4. Dont forget to spend time with loved ones, they can disappear before your very eyes.
Life tips in no particular order. Haha.
