New maintenance plan coming up!

Wrapping up a pretty decent cut soon from winter. Lost 13 pounds, and went from 24 to 18.8% body fat. Looking to keep it between 17-19.9.

I did keto for the first time ever for this cut and got the best results to date!

My maintenance schedule is gonna be 10% carbs, 60% fat, 30% protein. 1950 calories on lift days and 1450 calories with a 16 hour fast on mobility/calisthenics days. I love have a detailed plan and then executing it!
