Hello

I'm not new to MFP but this is the first time I've felt confident to take part in the community. I'm looking to lose some weight (about 10-15 lbs) over the next few months through diet and exercise. (Calorie counting and Cycling)

I have steadily lost about a stone over a couple of years and I am finally ready to get down to my goal weight, I'd like to be within the Healthy category with regards to my BMI (currently 26) mainly.
