I will be hosting a Focus T25 Challenge starting Nov 4th. This gives you plenty of time to get ready for it! Plus its a great way to stay on track through the holiday season. If you are interested or would like more info send me a message!

    If I did T25 exclusively, I'd be happy to join.
    Right now, I'm doing a mega hybrid with Insanity, Asylum, T25, Les Mills Combat & Pump, amongst others.

    T25 is a great program. It gets real tough by time you get to Beta, and Gamma is just nuts.
