Hi!

I don’t see any way to track daily supplements in MFP. Am I missing something or is this the way it is? No biggie, just curious.
Also, I’m new here, so feel free to add me! I’m on Keto and would love to share recipes/tips 😬

In goals you can set your diary anyway you want...so you could add a supplement tab or just add it to your morning coffee

You just add the supplement as you would a food item. There are many in the database already and you can make your own entry if needed.

To create your own diary tab for supplements, you can make a new diary category under diary settings.

    Hi again! 😉
Ok I checked out Goals. Pretty limited supplements there, so I think I’ll just add to coffee routine or something, as you recommended.
I also noticed sugar listed in goals, and set to 65g! Yow. That’s like a week’s worth! Where does that number get used by this app? Is sugar counted as carbs in my daily tracking? And does MFP separate out dietary carbs from the net carbs? A little off my original question but I don’t wanna start a whole new thread!

If you mean you would like to track your micronutrients, try nutritiondata.com. It’s not set up like a daily diary, but it provides much more complete nutrition detail than MFP.
