Does work stress affect your weight loss?
I've been getting back into a workout regimen but feel that work stress is adversely affecting me. It's challenging to stay motivated when there is constant disruptive change. It's definitely taken its toll on me as I've had a hard time sleeping and am always mentally exhausted.
Other than finding new job, what are ways around this?

Most of my weight gain was due to snacking to cope with work-related stress. Meditation has definitely helped (I use the Stop, Breathe & Think app, which is helpful) and I've gotten back into running, which is basically just moving meditation for me. I have a 10k in July that I'm training for as having something tangible to work towards has always helped me stay on target.1
