Hey ladies! Doesn't anyone on here have PCOS? Looking for some encouragement with this working out aspect.

    I do! Sent a request to be friends. Trying to lose weight and I'm Insulin resistant with PCOS symptoms. Looking for anyone in the same boat for encouragement or motivation.
