Night Shifters Workout

Looking for advice/input on fitting in working out while working night shift! I work three 12 hour shifts each week and have a hard time finding the energy/time to fit in workouts the 2nd and 3rd night of my work week!

I too work 3 12 shifts a week. I workout before I work that first night, then workout again on my dayoffs, the second day off I get up early around 7 or 9 to work out before my husband goes to work.
The problem I have is to have someone watch my kid, otherwise I could go anytime.
You have to push yourself for the first few months, eventualy you will to get used to the routine.1
