Bars/drinks recommendation

I usually supplement my breakfast and lunch with a protein drink or bar. I'm realizing that I don't need all the protein contained in Premier Protein products as I am going way over on my protein macros every day.

I'm wondering if there is a readily available (at a normal grocery store) supplemental drink and bar that contains a moderate amount of protein, and is low sugar and low/moderate carbs. Bonus points if it has decent fiber. Under 200 calories, if possible! I usually consume some fruit or veggies with them.

I know I don't need these products to lose weight, but I like the convenience. My calories are set at 1275, so I'd like products that are low in calories.

Many thanks!!

Why not just buy a protein powder and adjust the serving size so that fits your macro requirements?

I'm not against powders. I meant to say that in my OP. Do you have a recommendation?

I'm personally a fan of Quest Nutrition Protein Powders. They are GF, low carb & low fat so they are very versatile. They are all tasty, but Peanut Butter is my favorite.

I thought this thread was going to be about alcohol

Typically, if I need a big hit of protein I'll have a bar or shake. If I need a smaller hit, I'll have a HB egg or a string cheese. I'm interested to see what others suggest! The only lower protein options I've found are Protein One bars (from the Fiber One folks) which I thought were practically inedible, and the supermarket meal replacement shakes (like Slimfast) but I doubt they are low sugar or carbs (though I rarely look at that, so I might be wrong).

    Built bars.
110 calories 15 grams of protein.
I buy them online, I have never seen them anywhere for sale.

Check out the macros on hard boiled eggs, two as a snack beats a lot of "protein" bars.
