I like protein bars also. I usually have a One Protein bar or Atkins bars for breakfast.

I love protein bars. Quest has a weird texture to me but I’ll eat them on occasion. I second One protein bars. They taste much better to me than Quest and have 20 G protein for 200-220 cals which is pretty good. And a lot more nutritious than a snickers. Who doesn’t love a good Snickers haha

Be careful with One Protein Bars, they contain sugar alcohols.

    Most do.

    False.

Cool. Which ones don't? I try to keep my sugar alcohols/fiber low.

Clif Builder bars don't have any sugar alcohol.

Most of those aren't a lot of protein for the calories, tho, are they? I got spoiled with the 10g of protein per 100 calories thing.

Actually, I don't think power bars have any or many sugar alcohols.

They're probably not quite in the range you're looking for -- they're typically about 20 grams of protein and 250-300 calories. Sorry!
