What the best food to eat when I tone in up my body at the gym ?

    By tone up I imagine you are referring to maintaining as much muscle as possible as you lose weight to end up with a defined and tighter appearance? There isn't really a best food but I would recommend getting adequate protein above all else to help do that. So ~1g per lb goalweight is the minimum I would aim for.

    Reasonably balanced meals that fits your macros and doesn't interfere with compliance to your caloric goal.
