Tired of Maintaining, 26lb goal

Hi, everyone. Looking for friends to motivate thru this lifestyle change. I am 51, work out 5 days a week for an hour since January 2nd and refused to add enough water and make the adjustments in my diet. I have had enough, this is day 2 for me and sure helps to see it in black and white the calories add up. This app helped me years ago. We can do this! My husband eats chips and loses so I don't want to connect with him, LOL.
