Every Friday is Pizza. Since I cannot have regular dough. Which keto dough recipe would you recommend. Almond flour base or Cauliflower base? or.... is there any else would you recommend?

Have you tried the "Real Good" Frozen pizza brand? The crust is made out of chicken and mozzarella. You can get it at Kroger or Meijer. 4 g of Carbs sooo good!!!1

Don’t know if it’s keto but a low fat version is plain flour 100g and 100g of fat free Greek yogurt. Mix into a dough and then pop into a frying pan on each side for a couple of mins till it starts to colour then put on your toppings and bake in the oven as usual.0

Skip the crust altogether. Have a grilled chicken parm or something. Don't only worry about the crust...beware sugar in your tomato sauce if you're not making it yourself.0

Don't know about keto, but Trader Joe's has a really good cauliflower crust. I eat it because I am gluten free. My husband eats it because he likes it.1

Make up a thin meat or chicken pattie for the base and use your usual toppings.1
