Hi Everyone,
Not really sure what to say on here.
I lost 30kgs 4 years ago and have steadily put this back on
For my weightloss this time around I'm focussing on weightloss using walking and strength training , previously got a bit narcotic about cardio and did 5-7 spin classes a week.

Over the next one-two months I'm solely focusing on my health. I'm lucky enough to not have to turn up to work at the moment.
I have about 30kgs(66lbs) to evaporate and keep it off .

BMI for my height suggests i should lose about 45kgs but yeah nah and yeah right;)
I'm keen to hear from MFP members from New Zealand's east coast looking for a training partner, and obviously any body that has a similar amount of weight to lose as me. Feel free to add me as a friend
