or just include cake in a normal well rounded diet?
seriously though - set your calorie goal appropriately (i.e. how much do you have to lose and don't go too agressive); if you workout, eat back at least a portion of your calories; there is no such thing as good/bad foods0 -
Well I started IF to refocus on better habits!! Also got back to the gym!! I'm a hospice nurse so drive alot!!1
