Hi all,

I have really flat, blister-prone feet, and I saw a podiatrist who "customized" a pair of Superfeet Greens for me (they had "too much" support, so he shaved down part of the arch), but I think it's time for a replacement since the blisters are back. Problem is, I don't know what kind of Superfeet to get. I'd really rather not have to spend the time and money to go to the podiatrist every time I have to get new inserts. Any suggestions?

The labels on the superfeet package tell you how much or little support they have. The greens are for people with very high arches like myself. Just go to REI or something and check out all of the different options. You can also go to their website and when you click on one of the inserts it will tell you how much support...they use the term "thickness"...like greens are max thickness, so max support.

The pink and orange have a bit more cushion than the green which are very rigid. I was never able to wear the green ones.
