I love these Dvd's but there is some repetition in the disks i already have (dance the chakras, beauty yoga, and fat free yoga)
I would ;love to stick with this series but not sure what to try next,,,naval power, warrior, etc etc
Any suggestions from this series or Im open to something else?
I have to be careful with my neck/upper shoulders..had problems here since High School...
Im going to be 46 and in somewhat decent shape and can handle most fo the moves on these DvVD's but no yogi expert..so beginner.inter level would be best
Thanks all!

I haven’t found any dvds that teach Kundalini. I did see loads of books about it on Amazon, if that helps. I don’t currently do Kundalini yoga, so I haven’t tried any of the books, yet. But I plan to try it down the track.0
