Where to begin

Hi I have lost 33 pounds so far but I need to start exercising. I am a beginner so where is a good place to start. I dont have a gym membership. So things i can do at home. Thanks!!!

I am in the exact same position! I agree that walking is a great place to start! I just recently bought a few weights and some resistant bands to use at home - Pinterest has some awesome workouts you can do from home! ❤️0

Couch 2 5k.

While I agree that couch to 5k is a great program (I am currently in week 9), I strongly suggest building a good walking base of 30+ minutes daily for several weeks before starting the program.1

Do more cleaning at home, take the stairs more often, do more laundry, take more grocery trips, walk to the store, walk around when talking on the phone, lots of little things you can do everyday to increase your activity.2
