I’m looking for accountability buddies while I work one losing 13 pounds. I am 36 years old, 5’9, and 143lbs my weight has fluctuated between 170-130 for way to long. Time to loose it and keep it off.

    Me too!! I was successful on MyFitnessPal about 10 years ago but have gained a significant amount of weight over the past 5 years. I'm ready to try again!

    I’m a newbie but please add me. I have goals I want to reach and the only thing standing in my way is me. Having people on here to share journeys and ups and downs with will be invaluable to me too. We can do this!
