Hello everyone! I am a 20-year-old female and I weigh 170 pounds. My goal is to lose 30 pounds. It may not seem like a huge goal, but I have been overweight all my life. Even when I had bouts of severe depression and would only eat once a week, I never lost weight! I think most of my problem came from sugar-loaded fruit drinks, and currently I am also having pasta for dinner too often. Other than these things that I wish to make changes to, I believe my diet is fine. I go for 5km walks a few times a week but I need to step up my main exercise routine.
