HIT MY GOAL WEIGHT...TIME TO SHIFT THE GOAL WEIGHT

Started at 227 in Dec. Hit 205 today. Decided to keep going. Acorrding to my arboleaf scale i am over weight but muscular with a bodyfat of 14.8%. My body fat has been calculated before when i did a physique contest at 9% so i think this scale might be right. But at 6"2 it says i should be 145 to 195. Wow. Anyone else adjusting their weight goals. For me it is about my knees feeling less pain.

Congrats on reaching your goal weight!
When I reached my goal my focus was more on improving my body composition and fitness, such as being able to do push ups on my toes and increasing my endurance and speed with brisk walking etc.
