What do you do to get yourself back on track?

What do you do to get yourself back on track?
I feel like fell off the horse and need to get back in the settle, work has been crazy and i haven't been able to squeeze in the gym time like i want ontop of getting sick. Let me know some of your guys strategies when you lose track.

    Journal. Think if my goals. Think of how much I want it. How healthier I feel when I just start. I’m not getting any younger. I mentally like the challenge. Give it to me. I want to prove to myself that I can do it, no matter how hard it is. Mind over matter . Give me the sugar withdrawal, the grumpy attitude, I’m going to punch its *kitten* and come out stronger. You got this!!!!

    Set one small transparent MFP/transparent goal for your self here. Announce it widely. Accomplish it and accept the congratulations. The immediately after do it again with a very slightly larger goal. Do five easy ones in a row successfully. You'll be on fire.
