Hi there, I’m here to try to get back to where I was when I was 21-22 I’m 28 now. I had a very physical job before which took its toll on my knees and back but I was 6’3 190lbs I’m up around 250-260 now and I work at a desk. Im active after work and love building trucks, just tired of my pants not fitting 😂 I gotta change my eating and drinking habits.
