Lower Body Workouts - Help please

Hi All
I’m getting back into weight training again and as I don’t have a PT I’ve resorted to looking up routines online but once again I’m overloaded by what to do? I’m not new to weights and am happy that I can perform workouts with good form! I just want a simple lower body routine that works hams, quads, glutes etc that I can do 3x a week and achieve some results!
Can anyone give me a good lower body routine for me to try? I have booty bandz, barbell, kb’s

Strong Curves is a great set of programs which focus on the lower body. Most are 3-4x per week full body lower focus, there is also a 3-4x per week lower only program as well.1
