1100 net cals a day for petite female with workout

I'm 4 feet and 11 inches,19 yr old female and I findd myself losing weight whenever I take 900-1100 cals a day as long as I'm exercising.

So it's like this

total calories intake 1200-1300 and I burn around 200 cals a day..That would net me 1000-1100 calories for the day but there are some times that I only net below 1000 cals because I'm not that hungry.. I am just alway thirsty..

My blood test results are normal.. But my uric acid is not in the normal range.. Maybe thats why Im always feeling like vomiting, and thirsty..

Question is.. is this normal?? My doctor said I can go on with this calories as long as I'm eating healthy and not feeling cranky. hmm



Oh and by the way I'm following jim karas the petite advantag diet book that consists of 1100 cals a day for two days and then 1600 cals the next day
