Preparation is Key

So first week on here has been good really enjoying this app!
Been healthy eating for about 2weeks now, longest I’ve ever stuck to it. I’ve lost 6lbs in 2weeks so proud of myself. Had a night off last night and was scared I wouldn’t be able to get back into it. Normally when I have a day off it ends up turning into week, month or longer 🙁 but I’ve been good today and I’ve already prepared dinner for tomorrow. Preparation is the key 💪 (sorry for long post) X
