I'm back

I'm back! I stopped tracking whilst pregnant got a little carried away with my eating... Gained more than I should have... But I did get a super healthy baby out of it so yay! But now I have about 30kg to lose... Oops. I had a c sec so only able to do short walks for now... Which honestly with the lack of sleep is fine. Trying to lose weight in a healthier way this time ie not having empty calories as I have a baby to feed. If there are any other post partum mums out there that want a support buddy add away. (My exercise burn won't show up as I use fitbit so just my food logging.)
