Been using fitness pal it works, on last year i lost 11 pounds doing exercise and tracking macros in the app. Then i injure my neck at the gym so i gained all again after 6 months of no gym no excercise obviously. Now im back at it almost 4 weeks in, and i have lost 3.2 pounds.(1-3 pounds drop per week is the healthy way) Just starting my 4th week tomorrow, some cardio, weights and just tracking macros. Not really on a diet. But always try to hit my daily protein, carbs and fats. Im telling you guys a diet is not sustainable just eat better, meat ,some veggies, nuts, fruits. And some fun stuff a candy bar, some cookies. Just dont go over your macros. Keep up the good work. 👌🏽💪🏽✌🏽
