Does this sound okay

So I have around 7 stone to loose and have put in my fitness pal I want to loose 2lbs a week. It gives me 1850 cals a day and I'm earning around 700 more from exercise every few days but only tend to eat about 200 of those back. First week I lost 8lbs and second week 2 but since then 2 weeks later I'm 2lbs up. I've lost 5 stone already at a rate of half a pound a week with slimming world so I know it's not linear and takes time just a bit frustrated as I'm working out hard and wanted to speed my weight loss up hence the exercise and calories counting. I know overall 8lbs down in 4 week is the 2lbs a week just with me having 98lbs to loose thought I would have a bigger loss each week for a good month or two.

If you're aiming for 2lbs per week and losing as an average 2lbs per week, I am not sure why there is a problem or why you'd expect a bigger loss each week? The only thing that is a problem is your expectation of higher losses.

Chances are although you're earning 700 calories from exercise you may well be overestimating burns or underestimating your food and actually still eating the 1850 net. Which is fine because you don't really want be losing any more than 2lbs per week.

If you find your weight loss does slow down over the next few weeks, less than the expected 2lbs per week, review your logging accuracy.
