I have been using this app for the last 3 weeks and I am more then satisfied. But I need help! I have been logging my meals consistently but how do I know what I can eat to prevent eating too many carbs, protein, fats past my goal to gain weight?
And if any of you guys have tips for putting on weight and maintaining it long term I would really appreciate it 💪🏽
Incase your wondering I am 5’9 and 130 pounds
