Hello! My name is Sophia, I'm 37. Starting over again after a few years! I'm on here to lose weight and keep track of my calorie intake. Started a gym membership recently and I'm ready to get back into shape again. Add me if you are a friendly motivated person. We can give each other support!

    Best of luck to you, Sophia! Love your pic - and you sound like you have a great attitude. I'm starting again as well...tonight is the first night back in a gym. Scary, but here we go!
