    Welcome. I'm wondering if you are making too great changes at the outset, assuming you wish to loose many find decreasing their normal dietary portions, the way you normally eat, inline with your personal goals is the best way to start.

    Have you used the guided set up? Doing so would suggest the number of calories proportionately allocated to food groups such as protein, fats, carbs, even fibre and sugar. You can then allocate as much or as little to each meal and or snack as you wish, aiming to balance the groups you wish to follow within/at, your calorie allowance. Please try not to make too many changes all at once. Why not try calculating the calories in your usual portions and reduce or increase as necessary.
