Who has found the right configuration for doing keto on MFP? Would love any advice/help to make sure I do this right!

You would have to manually adjust the macro percentage. Roughly 5-10% for carbs, 20-30% for protein (high range is probably better) and the rest fats.

I have changed my Macros to the above percentages and it's working for me.
I am keeping within my calories and my carb limit. Its a godsend for keeping you in your carb limit.1
