Tracey Anderson?

First want to say that I think she is a little bit of a nut...some of her videos she looks too thin..heard her ideas regarding exc and food are extreme
BUT I love her beginner dance cardio videos and beginner weights/mats....if i keep up with the moves i def see improvement and toning

Just curious if anyone else does TA videos and how do you decide what to do/or how much? what videos do you enjoy?

    Ha not surprised you didnt get many responses to this.

    I love Tracy's stuff. The times in my life when I focused on her type of training and dance for my cardio I looked really good. Her type of training actually made me a much better dancer (I was a dance instructor). In terms of functional fitness - not so much :)

    She has a lot of material now. If I was speaking to a beginner I would suggest starting with Precision Training, then Post Pregnancy 2, then Perfect Design 1, 2 and 3. After that either Meta or streaming.
