Just got my new cookbook in the mail! "Hungry Girl Simply 6" Can't wait to get started. All recipes are 6 ingredients or less, 30 minutes or less and under 375 calories.

Mexican Cauliflower Rice is first on my list. I can't wait to get started. Sometimes you just need some new ideas! I've been listening to "Hungry Girl" podcasts on my walks. She's got some good info and swaps too.

    I might need to look up some of these recipes. 6 ingredients or less sounds like my kind of cooking.

    I am not crazy about the organization of his recipes, but Jamie Oliver also has a cookbook using 5 ingredients or less.

    I will second this. Excellent recipes there as well, just not really "5 or less", but with prep very doable and delish.

    And OH MY GAWD that red coconut curry chicken soup.
