How do y'all stay motivated and stick to your goals?.

I take tiny steps, make those a habit, then move to the next thing. Habits don't take near the amount of willpower.2

I rely on habits.
Motivation relies on how you feel. Habits rely on what you do.4 -

I made small changes over time to get to goal and now my new habits make it easy to stick to it.

I suppose I have milestones, such as getting to a certain bodyfat percentage, but this is simply a way of life for me now. I tweak as I go based on what I learn. I don't feel deprived at all.1
