Hi Newbie 55 here,
So first of all used to be very fit did mainly running 10K - Marathons done a few Triathlons as trained as a lifeguard when younger also horse riding and cycling.
That all changed when I had a riding accident now registerd Disabled so do very little exercise and started drinking weight ballooned to 14 stone used to be around 11 possibly less anyway got fed up with that and for the first time in my life I have had to diet, nearly down to 11 stone 7 I can only walk upto a mile max on a good day as I destroy my shoes.
As any excercise burns calories I started to record my walks on MapMyWalk, I find it pretty useless, so gone back to my Strava account but I cant see HOW to add my exercises if anyone can help.
I may even start cycling again tho now it would need to be on a turbo trainer for safety reasons I have the HR monitor and Cadance sensors so anything burned on there should be very accurate, just looked at my longest ride and I burned over 4800 calories eek that is over 3 days food on my diet ha ha
