Hi! I'm Ali.

Don't know about you, but I have trouble staying on track! Need to stay accountable to some new friends! Let's see if we can all do the following until the end of April 19'.

Exercise 5 times/week
Stick to my calories for the day
Stick to my diet for the day (for me, mostly Paleo, clean eating, low sugar)
Drink 8 glasses of water per day

Looking forward to meeting all of you!

    Hi Ali,

    Feel free to add me. I've been back to achieve my goal by the end of 2019 and I need all the help I can get. Here are my short term goal vs. long term goals.

    Short term:
    -eat healthy
    -drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
    -cut down on the wine intake
    -work out 3-4x a week (incorporating heavy weights plus some cardio)
    -lose about .5lbs - 1 lb a week

    Long Term:
    -lose 15 lbs. by end of the year
    -would like to get my arms toned
    -lose fat, gain muscle
