Hi everyone
Do you often ask yourself why some people can be so regimented with their diet and exercise routine. Make progress which appears to be quickly and you just continue to struggle and struggle. I see results then gain it all back and it goes on and on. I’m going to be 40 in 2 months yesterday. I know I can’t lose large amounts but I wanted to be the best version of myself by then and I’m still looking for ways to support myself to start feeling comfortable again. I’m so uncomfortable with my weight. With breathing, with movement it’s hard.
