Hello everyone, I’m new to the app. I figured I’d ask for some workout advice. Little back story, I’m 26 and over the past year I’ve been in and out of the hospital with a new disability “Autonomic Neuropathy”, basically I’ve been hit with bad nerve pain all through my body, which makes working out very hard. I’ve gained close to 75lbs in this year, which is not good. I can walk, but I tire very quickly and too much activity can cause me to hurt worse. Any advice on good productive workouts that I can do with this disability or just advice in general would be great. Thanks in advance.

I would start with Nutrition. An add exercise later. start slow. Maybe walk 10 feet across the room and sit down.

Be very deliberate with nutrition and cals on sedentary. I did this for a month, then added water jogging 3-5 times a week - I deal with pain mgmt issues also, not as severe I'm sure. It will take you that much time (took you a year to add it, prob a year to get rid of it) to shed it all. The weight is adding to your pain, so think of it as pain management technique to get rid of the weight. Sorry for your diagnosis.
