Do you eat the exact same thing every single day for five weeks? Are you immune to the natural weight fluctuations from things like hormones, stress, TOM, water increased sodium, increased exercise, etc?
If so, it might be accurate for you. If not - it doesn’t really matter what that number says what matters is that you create a sustained calorie deficit over time and that you’re patient. If you log as accurately as possible and set sustainable healthy habits then you will be successful. Regardless of what that silly number says.5 -
First month lost way more ... second month not so much. But I do notice weigh ins always seem to go up and down0
