Hi, I started in January and have lost about 17lbs loosely following my calories. The last few days my weight has fluctuated between between 1-5lbs is this normal? The 17lbs was the most weight I have lost in a whole. Was that water weight? What should I do to kick it up. I plan on following my calories strictly to start
