Most embarrassing moments
Cmon, share! We are all friends here and we won't tell anyone 
I'll go first. High school, was in a co-ed weight lifting class. I was in the squat rack and my friend thought it would be funny to pants me while squatting. Unfortunately, EVERYTHING came down!! Oh, and this gym had mirrors everywhere! I couldn't just drop the weight, so I waddled forward, racked the weight, THEN pulled everything back up. By that time, just about everyone saw what was going on and got some interesting angles thanks to those mirrors :laugh:
