Do you weigh pasta dry or cooked?

    Pick one or the other and find an accurate entry in the database that specifies that it matches the way you weighed it.

    I prefer to use the dry weight since that's what's on most nutrition labels, but either is fine.

    Dry weight will be more accurate.
