Hello I'm new here I am just starting out today. I'm looking for friends for support and motivation. I'm 209 with prediabetic and pcos so I'm here to get healthy. I'm looking for anyone willing to help me and push and motivate me . I'm doing simple goals to hit my big goal of 150 lbs.

    You can add me if you'd like! Your goals sound great. Just log every day, as accurately as you can. I followed people's advice and bought a $20 food scale so I could control portions. This may be silly, but I bought a calendar and stuck on a gold star for every day I exercised (aimed for 5 times a week). For every 10 pounds I lost, I'd reward myself with a new (better fitting) shirt. Best of luck to all of us!
