Losing something, gaining something else.

That's sort of my new motto/mantra. Trying to remind myself that I won't only be shedding weight, but I will be gaining so much more in terms of health and confidence.
I'm starting this journey at 27 years old (almost 28), 110kg (and I'm 170cm tall), with a goal to lose 50kg and get down to 60kg. My diary will be open to the public and I will document my journey through it, and also through my instagram account where one can find images of my daily food intake and such (@asliceofjackie).
Wish me luck!

Good luck, Jackie....
My motto when dealing with something like losing weight (especially a considerable amount) is Nothing worth having comes easy!
It's so true.
All lies completely in your own hands. You've got this! : )0 -
