In my 30s.  Started my commitment to drop weight early enough after living that massive for about a year only, fortunately for me.

First and the longest time.  Loved this one man for a good majority of my life, since childhood.  Loved him so much - not with the romantic nuances, more so as my Protector and Match I'd respected with reverence,  where I chose and opted out of everything familiar, to never once allow for any awkwardness - for him and me and our families.  I still hurt and tear up when I recall how I'd arrived at that decision and what it meant for me.

18  Learn to drive? 
Age 7 - 4WD Jeep, manual.  Necessitated by our location - a rural area like the outback.  Oh the adventures :laugh:  ... Wild country fun.

Lived between boarding school and luxe hotels during holidays mainly.  Full emancipation at age 16 - Penthouse to penthouse mostly + Minimum of 3 jobs.

Also, love your best friend story. My best friend and I were 4 and 5 when we met watching Independence Day fireworks with our parents at a city event. She was from a town 2 hours away but we talked our parents into a play date now and then and are still friends at 41 and 42.
